Don’t think for a second that HIIT means performing weird and wonderful exercises for 15 minutes. It could be as simple as repeating a series of 3 exercises for 3 minutes each, resting for one minute and then repeating those exact exercises again. You could do 3 rounds. Additionally, you could just pick 3 of your most favourite exercises and repeat those. You don’t need to make exercise hard. I know that I definitely excel with exercise when I pick ones that are easy for me to perform but still increase my heart rate.
Now 10 to 15 minutes of High-Intensity Exercise seems manageable, right!

Like with anything in life, this is not permission for you go to out and go hard with exercise. But it definitely is an opportunity for you to start a discussion with your healthcare professionals to devise a suitable exercise plan.
