How do the Back Balls work?
Lying on your back place the ball underneath your back or lean against the ball in a seated position this will help to relieve stiffness and back pain. This will produce maximum pain relief. Which Balls to Use?
There are two types of BakBalls to use:
- Black which is a firm ball. If you prefer strong manual treatments and the intense feeling from a strong massage. Then the firm ball will be suitable for you.
- Red which is a softer ball. This a great a ball to start off with. You should look to use this ball for 3 to 6 months, when you are no getting the good mobilising pressure on your spine or where you are only feeling minimal discomfort when using it, then it’s time to move on to the black firmer ball.
