Hand Grips

Our Hand Grips are perfect for resistive exercises for advanced hand muscle strengthening. They are ideal for a portable workout or for a forearm workout at home. When using correctly it will engage your forearm extensors and your forearm flexors. This is a great device to help increase endurance, grip strength, dexterity and blood circulation to the hands and forearms. The handles are shaped to fit the contour of your hand.

Sold as Pairs, which allows you to exercise both hands simultaneously.

Resistance

• Red – Medium Tension; and
• Black – Heavy Tension.
