Enhance your Pilates workout with our Pilates Ring. The flexible pilates rings have a soft foam cover and a handle either side. Extremely portable and will help you to find your center. The rings also offer different resistances for isometric exercises, which will firm muscle of the upper arms and inner thighs. Because of the low maximum resistance threshold, using the Pilates rings is less likely to result in injury as opposed to using free weights.

- Medium (Grey), also
- Light (Purple).
