We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, product designs, packaging, and availability may change without notice. Images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual product appearances may vary.

All measurements, dimensions, and capacities are approximate.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment via:

    • Visa & Mastercard

    • PayPal

    • Afterpay (where available)

    • Approved business accounts

Prices are subject to change at any time. Once your order is confirmed, the price is final unless agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.

4. Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch. Ownership of goods is retained by The Aged Care Store until full payment is received. We are not liable for loss or damage of goods during transit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refunds, Warranty & Change of Mind Policy

Warranty Claims

We happily honour all valid warranty claims made within 12 months of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match the description provided, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or store credit.

To process a warranty claim:

    • The product must be returned within a reasonable time of purchase.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

    • The item must not have been misused or damaged through wear and tear or incorrect use.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can guide you through the return process.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that shopping online sometimes means a product may not be quite what you expected. If you change your mind, we offer store credit (excluding original shipping costs) under the following conditions:

    • The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

    • All labels, tags, and hygiene seals are intact.

    • Proof of purchase is provided.

    • The return shipping cost is your responsibility.

Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future purchase.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer store credit for the following products:

    • Bathing aids and accessories

    • Toileting products

    • Compression socks or stockings

    • Underwear (e.g. hip protectors, hernia belts)

    • Hair care items (combs, brushes)

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our policy. If this occurs, the item will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply.

Important Notes

    • Items returned to us via non-trackable postage methods are at your own risk. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

    • We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
