In addition, it has an open toe and heel designed, which ensures that you still have a full range of movement. Suitable for sprains, ankle instability and also weak ankles. The compression provides much-needed pain relief from stiff ankles and also overstressed ankles.
Te support is simple to use, first loosen the straps and place the foot into the support so that your heel is placed into the heel locking zone. The upper two hooks can be secured, to a snug fit. The middle of the elastic strap should be placed under the sole. Take one side of the strap diagonally across the top of the foot and up around the ankle. Secure the hook on the side of the ankle, pull until you get the desired compression. Repeat the above steps to secure the other side of the strap.
