Hand Exerciser – Gell Ball Resistance Training

The Gell Ball Hand Exerciser are the perfect portable resistance training device for the fingers, hands and forearms. Suitable for completing hand exercises. The Gell Balls are nice to touch and will return to their initial shape after they have been squeezed. When used regularly the user will see improvements with the strength of their grip, and increased dexterity and mobility. Colour coded Balls. Each colour represents the variable resistance levels available. Suitable for resistance training for seniors and it also a great hand exerciser for arthritis (provided you select the correct resistance and have approval from your Doctor).
