In addition, the elastic support has motion hinges to provide both lateral and medial support to the knee. It’s suitable for those suffering from arthritis in the knees, minor strains, sprains, weak knees and knee instability. It also provides firm support for maintaining joint structures, with a gentle compression applied over the kneecap.
To wear the support hold the support at the top using both hands, one placed at either side of the support. Place the foot into the support and pull toward the knee. The opening should be positioned over the kneecap, with the two hinges placed at either side of the knee.
