The tension of the support is adjustable and therefore can provide light compression through to total compression depending on your needs. The wrap is made from a cohesive fabric, and it doesn’t irritate the skin when in use, it’s very comfortable to wear and causes no pain when removing. The wrist wrap is suitable for weak wrists and also sprained wrists.
To wear the wrap place the silicone side, so it’s facing the skin, wrap around the wrist as close as possible to the hand, ensure the pressure is firm but not so firm that it is impeding circulation. Use the hook closure to secure the wrap.
